Atlas ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our reselling and inventory management platform. Please read this policy carefully. By using Atlas, you consent to the practices described here.

Information you provide directly:

• Account information (name, email address) via Discord OAuth
• Business data you enter: orders, products, inventory, invoices, expenses
• Credit card and payment method names (we do not store full card numbers)
• Supplier and buyer contact information

Information collected automatically:

• Usage data and feature interactions within the app
• Browser type, device type, and operating system
• IP address and approximate location
• Session timestamps and crash reports

• To provide, operate, and improve the Atlas platform
• To authenticate your identity and manage your account
• To process subscription payments and billing
• To send important service notifications and updates
• To respond to support requests and feedback
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or fraud
• To analyze usage patterns and improve product features

Your data is stored on secure servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel only. While we take security seriously, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may share your data only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers: Third-party vendors who help us operate the platform (e.g., payment processors, hosting providers), bound by confidentiality agreements
• Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with advance notice to users
• With your consent: Any other disclosure with your explicit permission

Atlas integrates with third-party services including Discord (authentication), RapidAPI (card data), Google/Gmail (order import), and others. When you connect these services, their respective privacy policies govern the data they collect. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you connect to Atlas.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Upon account cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days to allow for export, after which it is permanently deleted. You can request immediate deletion by contacting us through our support channels. Some data may be retained longer if required by law.

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information in your account settings
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export: Download all your data at any time via Settings → Data

Atlas uses essential cookies and local storage to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. You can clear cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect your ability to stay logged in.

Atlas is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
